The covers are made from ABS plastic, the vinyl sticker is applied to the top surface.
Clear covers are made from PETG plastic. Protective covers have little scratches or imperfections because of the dust getting onto the mold in the process of making.
Yellow ones are made from clear PETG plastics and have yellow polyurethane PPF film on top.
The caps firmly sits between headlight and the grill, to mount them - push the caps toward the headlight and make sure that the grill and headlight lock each other. The mounting process may require a bit of pressure. Sometimes you will need to apply a piece of double adhesive tape (preferably silicone based clear tape) to the inner side of the cover.
Do not use pressure washer with Covers / Caps installed, this may cause sticker separation! Remove the Covers / Caps, then wash the car with pressure washer.
In case the sticker separated from the cover, you can contact us for a link, download the file and cut the new vinyl sticker with plotter at any typography or sticker shop. Contact us for details! We can also ship you additional stickers upon your request!
Our customers have also applied this covers to Westmoreland grills and Westmoreland Hella headlight with metal rings without additional mounting accessories.
Please Note: This may not fit the Chinese or other headlights, except Hella. You might use suction caps for a better fit of the covers :) The grill is not included, only the covers are for sale.
